Salt Lake City, Utah, United States
Salt Lake Bouldering Project is Bouldering Project's Utah gym, on the historic Granary Campus in Salt Lake City, where it shares a building with the evo Hotel and store, an indoor skate park and a bar. The partnership with evo was announced in 2019. Inside are about 8,000 square feet of bouldering, set in-house on the chain's colour circuits rather than V-grades, across a dozen named sections from the Sun Wall and Pride Rock to the Tsunami and the Vault.
A training area holds a 2016 MoonBoard, a Kilter Board and a Tension Board 2. Away from the walls there are dedicated yoga and fitness studios, a weight room with free weights, racks and cardio machines, and saunas in the upstairs locker rooms. Yoga and fitness classes are included with a day pass, and there's a cafe with co-working seating beside it and on a mezzanine that looks over the bouldering.
The gym runs beginner climbing classes (free for members), a youth team for ages 9 to 18 and summer camps, and hosts a round of Bouldering Project's Boulderfest competition (18 and 19 September in 2026).

“There is a lot of variety when it comes to route difficulty so it was perfect when I joined as a beginner to climbing. I also love their classes, especially Pilates and strength.”
