Central Rock Gym Midtown is a bouldering-only gym on the lower level of the 715 Peachtree building in Midtown Atlanta, in space that was once a Bank of America data centre. It opened in 2017 as Stone Summit Midtown, Stone Summit's third gym, and joined the Boston-based Central Rock Gym chain when CRG bought Stone Summit's Georgia gyms in 2024. The 10,000 sq ft facility has about 4,500 sq ft of bouldering with more than 150 problems, a Tension Board and a fitness room with cardio machines and free weights.
CRG doesn't publish a standard day-pass price for Midtown online. Booked online for a weekday arrival before 3pm or a weekend arrival after 3pm, an adult day pass with rental gear is $28, or $23 for children aged 12 and under, and a five-visit punch pass with gear is $105. Membership is month to month at $88, with lower rates for college students, teachers, military and first responders, and covers every CRG gym.

“Very friendly staff and crowd. … Routes had nice variety, though the V2-V4 range made for a wild card sort of experience, that was hard to problem solve while so packed.”
“I’ve been climbing at this gym for 14 years now and the community and family I have fostered is unlike any other! Very thankful for this gym and the incredible staff, route setting, and people.”
“Only bouldering at this location, but my teenagers really enjoyed it. You do have to enter the building and then go down the elevator. Since it's in Mid-town, you do have to find parking…”
