Huntsville, Alabama, United States
High Point’s Mid City gym opened in 2019 in Huntsville’s MidCity District and is the larger of the chain’s two Huntsville gyms, with around 25,000 sq ft of indoor and outdoor climbing. Its sister gym, Lincoln Mill, is a bouldering gym across town.
Entry includes the fitness area, with weights and cardio equipment, and the yoga classes, which are free with gym access.
Top-rope belay classes (from age 11), lead classes and private coaching are available. Children can join climbing clubs and teams, holiday camps and a parents’ night out on the second and fourth Friday of the month. Groups can book birthday parties, lock-ins and team-building sessions, with a multi-purpose room for up to 30 guests.
There is a ladies’ night on the third Thursday of each month, adaptive climbing clinics with Catalyst Sports, half-price entry for students on Friday evenings and a monthly homeschool day. Membership is valid at every High Point gym.
