Probably the best climbing gym in the UK!

For those unfamiliar, Sheffield has a long history of climbing, and The Hangar is the 5th and newest climbing gym in the city. The Hangar feels a notch above the rest. I've been to a lot of climbing gyms, and I can honestly say this one is the cleanest and feels brand new. Everything from the kitchen and tables to the walls and holds, changing rooms, and toilets is well-kept.

What really makes The Hangar stand out is how it's designed for everyone to enjoy. The route setters are doing an exceptionally good job, setting quality boulders every week, ranging from challenging to beginner friendly climbs. There's always a part of the wall with fresh new climbs, with a great mix of difficulties and styles to keep things interesting. You can train on your own or come with friends for a more of a social activity.
