Buld, which writes its name Buld.no, is a bouldering centre at Lade in Trondheim. UTE.no and Trondheim Buldresenter became Buld through a rebuild and extension of the old Utehallen, and the centre describes itself as the city's most central modern bouldering centre, with more problems than any other. New shock-absorbing mats are meant to keep the dust down and improve the acoustics, and there is a café with a view.
The bouldering hall is open from 07:00 to 23:00 every day, all year round. The shop is staffed from 10:00 to 14:00 on weekdays and on Thursday evenings; at other times a self-service mini shop sells chalk, tape, brushes and chalk bags. Drop-in tickets, clip cards and period cards are sold through the website, and clips are activated online.

“Affordable price, great view, entertaining routes and easy access next to the Ladeveien. The hall has recently been renovated and is now a 3-floor bouldering hall with a small area for rope-climbing…”
“…the grips we're so slippery it felt like soap was smeared all over it…”
“Good variation of difficulty degrees over 3 floors. The prices are very good.”
