Vershina is the only climbing wall in Brest. It opened in September 2017 inside the athletics manege on ul. Moskovskaya and has walls up to 11 metres high for climbing on a rope, including lead routes, as well as a bouldering area, with routes for every level.
Experienced climbers can visit on their own and stay as long as they like within opening hours: a partner belays on the high walls, or they can boulder on the low wall. Staff check that visitors can belay before they climb independently, and gear is hired separately. Visits should be booked in advance by phone.
Vershina also runs an outdoor wall at the rowing canal on ul. Oktyabrskoy Revolyutsii, which opens by appointment when the weather allows.
As we last found them. Prices change, so check the wall's website before you go.
