Muş, Turkey
This climbing wall is in the new sports hall of Muş's Provincial Directorate of Youth and Sports, a facility the Ministry of Youth and Sports provided in recent years. Local reports describe the wall as built to Olympic standards and one of only a handful like it in Turkey, and it includes a speed wall of the standard 15-metre height.
The hall hosted the national speed climbing championship for senior, junior and youth categories on 29-30 June 2024, with 86 climbers from ten provinces. In July 2025 it held Turkey's first para-climbing championship, with 28 athletes from six provinces. The Turkish Mountaineering Federation also runs courses here: a belaying course in February 2024 and basic and advanced sport-climbing courses every year since 2024, most recently in April and May 2026.
The wall isn't run as a public climbing gym, and no sessions, opening hours or prices are published. It is used by licensed climbers through their clubs and for federation courses and events, so contact a local mountaineering club or the Youth and Sports Directorate about climbing here.
