ESKIlibre is a climbing hall on Rue du Crécou in Orp-le-Grand, in the municipality of Orp-Jauche in eastern Walloon Brabant, run as a climbing school by the Club Alpin Belge club of the same name. The hall has 30 ropes and around 90 routes graded from 4a to 8a, on walls that range from slabs to big overhangs, and in summer it's partly open to the outside, with a small sunny terrace.
The hall opens on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday evenings and on Sunday afternoons, with different hours in the school holidays, which the club posts on its Facebook page. About once a month there's a lead evening in the big hall, with coaching for climbers who are new to leading; bring your own rope and quickdraws. The club doesn't publish its prices or its belaying rules online, so contact it before your first visit.
ESKIlibre runs climbing courses and holiday camps, including ADEPS camps for children from age 6 and half-day introductions for teenagers and adults, and takes its climbers to climb on rock outdoors. It also hosts rounds of the Brussels-Brabant provincial competition circuit for young climbers.
