Triaden Klatresenter

Triaden Klatresenter is a climbing centre at the Triaden shopping centre in Lørenskog, run by Moments Climbing Norway AS since 2025. It has 1,505 m² of climbing, with more bouldering than high wall: colourful bouldering walls, steep training walls with a Kilter Board and a MoonBoard, and a rope wall with an auto-belay on every line. There's also a strength room with free weights, a small café overlooking the walls and a shop for climbing kit.

Visiting

You don't need to book: start at reception, where staff check you in and help you get going. Everyone signs a waiver first (a parent or guardian signs for under-18s). The auto-belays need instruction from the centre first, and a partner check by someone trained before you climb. From 13 you can climb on your own; younger children need an adult with them unless they're in an instructor-led group. Harnesses, shoes, ropes and belay devices can be hired at the desk, and parking in the Triaden car park is free for two hours.

Courses and groups

Belaying on the rope walls needs a Norwegian belay certificate: the top-rope test covers top-rope belaying, and the Brattkort test adds lead. The centre runs top-rope and lead courses at weekends, belay tests and short introductory courses, along with weekly climbing groups for children and teenagers, holiday camps, morning yoga, birthday parties from age 8 and company events. Its Buldrejam bouldering competitions, held four times a year, let everyone choose their own class.
