Stranda Buldresenter is a small bouldering centre by the ferry quay in Stranda sentrum. Volunteers from the local climbing club, Stranda klatreklubb, opened it in autumn 2023, and since it reopened on 31 July 2025 it has been run by Uteguiden, the outdoor-activity company based in Stranda. It is unstaffed and open from 07:00 to 22:00 every day of the year.
There are no staff on site, so buy a drop-in ticket, a 10-visit card or a monthly pass online before you go; you then get a personal PIN code for the door. As it's bouldering only, you don't need a belay certificate. Members of Stranda klatreklubb pay lower prices, and gift cards are available.
