Le Mouv' is a bouldering gym on rue Everett in Montréal, a short walk from Saint-Michel metro station, and has welcomed climbers since 2017. The walls stay below 4.5 metres (15 ft), with no ropes or harnesses and padded matting underfoot. Problems are graded with the gym's own system, designed to give reliable comparisons with outdoor climbing and with other gyms.
Everyone must sign a consent form, online or at the desk, and under-18s need a parent or guardian to sign it. Climbing shoes can be hired, crash pads can be rented by the day for climbing outdoors, and the gym is a drop-off point for shoe resoling by Andy's Outdoor. Entry is cheaper off-peak (weekdays 08:00 to 16:00 and 20:00 to 22:00), with $8 off on Mondays and two-for-one entry on Saturdays after 17:00. Members get 10% off the food, drinks and merchandise sold at the gym, plus free entries for friends each month.

“Setting happens every Tuesday and Friday so there is always something new to try! The holds are grippy and the walls have interesting features, so there is climbing for every taste!”
“Even though the space is restrained, the walls provide a lot of features… the easiest boulders would not be easy for total beginners making the space hard to approach for them.”
“We visited fir a friendly kids comp, NKOTB. It was a fun and friendly atmosphere… It was nice for the kids to have their own friendly competition.”
