Kletterwand Baldramsdorf is a climbing wall in the gym of the primary school and education centre (Bildungszentrum) at Baldramsdorf 24, a few kilometres from Spittal an der Drau. It's run by the Baldramsdorf local group and youth team of the Alpenverein's Spittal an der Drau section, and has about 20 roped routes of up to 10 metres, graded from 3 to 9, on walls by ArtRock and Flashsport.
Anyone can climb at the public sessions, which run on demand on Wednesday evenings and on Saturdays, so phone or email ahead; climbing at other times can be arranged. There are single tickets, 10-visit cards and season cards, Alpenverein members pay less, and harnesses, shoes, belay devices and ropes can be hired. Tickets don't include supervision.
The youth team runs weekly supervised climbing sessions for children and teenagers in age groups, and an inclusive climbing group on Friday afternoons for people with and without special needs. It also offers taster sessions for anyone, courses for members, belay-certificate courses and children's parties.
