Gunnison, Colorado, United States
The City of Gunnison's Parks and Recreation department runs this community centre on E Spencer Ave. Alongside an indoor pool with slides, a gymnasium, a fitness room and rooms for hire, it has an indoor climbing wall: a sculpted wall with a row of top ropes, run by climbing attendants.
The wall opens when an attendant is on duty, usually from 11am to 5pm Monday to Saturday and from 1pm to 5pm on Sundays. The city says the times change with attendant availability and holiday hours vary, so call the front desk before making a special trip.
A daily drop-in pass or a punch card covers the whole building for the day, climbing wall included, and children aged four and under go free with a paying adult. Three-month and annual memberships are also sold, and members get 15% off the department's programmes and room hire.
As we last found them. Prices change, so check the wall's website before you go.
- Adult (18-64) daily drop-in, covering the whole community centre all day, climbing wall included

- Punch cards: adult 10 for $92 or 20 for $185; youth and seniors 10 for $65 or 20 for $120
