Dawson Creek, British Columbia, Canada
The Dawson Creek Climbing Wall is the City of Dawson Creek's indoor wall, in the lobby of the Kenn Borek Aquatic Centre at the South Peace Community Multiplex on Highway 2. It opened on 22 January 2011, built with money raised and donated by local community groups, including the Rotary clubs, the South Peace Oilmen's Association and the Kinsmen Club.
The main roped wall is 46 ft (14 m) tall and 20 ft wide, made from a fibreglass and concrete mix with a texture like outdoor rock. Beside it are a 13 ft free-standing boulder and a 12 ft cave with a 5½ ft overhang.
Drop-in climbing runs every day: in autumn 2026 on weekday evenings and Saturday and Sunday afternoons, with shorter hours on statutory holidays and a few closures for events. An adult drop-in costs $8.52 including tax, with lower rates for youth and seniors, family passes, 11-visit punch cards and a combined wall and swim ticket. Climbers aged 4 to 18 need a parent or guardian to sign their waiver, and groups can rent the wall by the hour.
