The Blockbusters, the climbing branch of the Zams sports club SV Zams, were founded in January 2014 to give climbers and boulderers in and around Zams a base, and a way in for beginners who have nobody to climb with. Members arrange weekend trips to the crags among themselves, and the club has run coached courses for its young climbers.
The members built their own bouldering hall in the summer of 2014, doing all the work themselves, and it opened officially in December 2014. It's in a basement at Oberreitweg 5, in the centre of Zams.
The hall is for club members, who can train there at any hour. No day tickets or guest entries are published: to climb, join the club with the online form on the SV Zams climbing page.
