The Sportunion Tschirgant Karrösten runs this indoor bouldering wall in its sports and leisure hall in the middle of Karrösten, near Imst, right beside the Gasthof Trenkwalder. The wall runs for more than 11 metres under a ceiling almost 5 metres high, giving about 65 m² of bouldering, and its three segments can be set at different angles with a hand crank, so the same wall suits beginners and stronger climbers. The hall also has table tennis, darts and table football, all included in the day fee.
From 3 November 2026 to 23 March 2027 the hall opens every Tuesday, from 16:00 to 18:00 for children and from 18:00 to 22:00 for everyone; cancellations are posted on the club's website. There's no supervision, instruction or equipment to hire, so bring your own gear, climb within your limits and look after any children with you. Everyone reads and signs the club's conditions before their first visit, and street shoes aren't allowed in the sports area. The parking spaces in front of the hall belong to the inn, so use the public car parks nearby, such as the one on the village square.
As we last found them. Prices change, so check the wall's website before you go.
- Ages 4 to 15: €4
- Groups of five or more: €1 off each (children €3, adults €5)
- Club members and children from Karrösten: free
- The day fee covers the whole hall, including table tennis, darts and table football
