The centre is staffed by fully qualified instructors, each holding first aid certification and enhanced DBS checks, ensuring safety and professionalism. Accredited by the Association of British Climbing Walls (ABC), the centre also delivers structured climbing instruction through NICAS levels 1, 2, and 3.
