    One-hour workshop with Karen Lovely, a doctor of physical therapy at Beta Stride Physical Therapy, on common climbing finger injuries, warming up properly, managing training volume and varying grip types. Sign-up needed.

    One-hour clinic with former GB team climber and coach Louis Parkinson: movement drills for using momentum, then specially set dynamic problems. Arrive warmed up for jug ladders. Ten places, which had sold out by late October.
