A two-hour coached clinic for adults comfortable at V0-V4 who want to progress: reading problems, body position and techniques such as heel hooks, toe hooks and drop knees.

    Free day pass in costume

    Halloween at the gym: anyone who comes to climb in a family-friendly costume gets a free day pass (promo code BOO when booking online), and costumed climbers aged 21+ get $4 beers from 16:00.

    A climbing-specific yoga session: warm-up and cool-down sequences, hip and shoulder mobility for climbing and basic injury prevention for shoulders, fingers and wrists. No yoga experience needed.
